1. Individual differences

Each piece is lovingly handcrafted. Therefore, every product is a one-of-a-kind piece of art . The cement mix and application method, the color shading created by the drying process, the tiny air bubbles on the surface, and the texture all have their own unique characteristics. Please understand that the piece you receive will not have the exact same look as the photograph, and enjoy the unique texture as an "encounter."

2. About the materials

Our unique formula and proper drying period ensures excellent strength and durability . We recommend using it both indoors and outdoors, but please be careful of extreme impacts and sudden temperature changes. The materials we use are environmentally friendly, so you can use it with confidence.

3. Maintenance

If you are concerned about dirt, wipe it off gently with a tightly wrung cloth. Please refrain from using strong detergents or abrasives as they may damage the texture of the piece. Please note that storing the piece in direct sunlight for long periods of time or in extremely humid places may accelerate the aging of the cement.

4. Gift wrapping

Large items over 50,000 yen will be delivered in our original wooden boxes . In that case, please note that it will take about 4 days for the item to arrive even if it is in stock. We will take great care in the delivery process and make arrangements to ensure that the item is delivered safely.
