Biography of maker Norio Takeuchi (first-class plasterer)
- 1993 National Plastering Skill Competition Winner ( 5th place)
- 1995 National Plastering Skill Competition Winner ( 3rd place)
- 2000: Awarded the Osaka Prefecture Skill Award (Naniwa Master Craftsman)
- 2004 : Awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award for Excellent Construction (Construction Master)
- 2007 : Obtained vocational training instructor license (plastering and tile department)
- 2013 Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare Excellent Skills Award
- 2016 : Obtained the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare Manufacturing Meister Award
- 2017 Yellow Ribbon Medal
He began working as a plasterer at the age of 18 , and at the age of 54 he received the honorary Yellow Ribbon Medal from the Emperor.
Currently, in order to preserve manufacturing techniques for future generations, he works as a lecturer teaching young people specialized techniques such as ceiling decoration and imitation wood, which are considered the most difficult in the industry, while also working as an active plasterer.
