ただのハンドメイドではないと思った話

A story that made me realize it wasn't just handmade

Thank you all for your hard work.

Thank you very much for always watching.

This time, I would like to write down my thoughts and update you on my current situation.

I briefly mentioned the beginning of NoelHatch, but I'll go into a bit more detail now.

The thumbnail shows a trowel, a tool that can be called a plasterer's partner.

When creating works, he uses three different types of trowels, which have supported my father for many years.

The reason I decided to sell flower pots in the first place was because my father said, " Sell! "

My father, who was usually a quiet man of few words, spoke in a strong tone.

My motivation after that was incredible.

There was a mountain of work to do, including posting on social media, promoting the product to consignment sales, conducting market research, and preparing funds.

And yet, strangely enough, even during those hectic days, I never felt like I was tired or wanted to quit.

This unknown world seemed so fresh and exciting to me.

I feel like it all came from my determination to spread my father's technology worldwide and to give back to my parents by giving them a comfortable retirement .

Just six months ago I was working part-time for a company with disabilities, but now I'm standing here as its representative, so life is unpredictable.

Among all of this, there is one episode that symbolizes Noel Hatch.

The day after I made my first post on Instagram, I started receiving a flood of inquiries from advertising agencies and website production companies.

Their eyes were drawn to the chemical reaction between plastering and flower pots, and above all, their eyes were lit up by my father's career, and they kept saying things like "we should make it higher" and "the possibilities are endless." Although I was a little confused, I was convinced.

" These children have limitless potential ," and " It would be a shame to only sell them in Japanese general stores ."

First of all, would someone who wants a flower pot go to a general store? The answer is no.

I realized that consignment sales might attract customers but not sell anything , so I decided to retire from consignment sales at the end of this year and focus on attracting customers and making sales through Instagram.

I've signed a 1 million yen contract with a certain company, and will start posting on Instagram in earnest starting next month.

Even from a mathematical perspective, the momentum and magic of social media today is top class.

A single video can become a social issue, or a single image can sell a house, and it has become an indispensable part of our lives.

In fact, about 70% of users have purchased something via Instagram.

Handmade items and social media go well together, and videos are said to be 5,000 times more effective.

I started from zero and will be sharing my story on Instagram as I become the CEO of a high-end brand that deals in expensive products.

My goal is to eventually have everyone recognize NoelHatch as the brand that makes flower pots and for it to become an international business.

It will definitely make NoelHatch buzz.

Thank you all for your continued support.
